Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RelightX (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RelightX lets you upload a source video and a reference image, and generates a relit version of your video guided by that reference using AI models. You may also generate a reference image from a text prompt directly inside the workspace. Output quality, generation time, and available features may change as the underlying models and infrastructure evolve.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the videos, images, and prompts you upload or generate ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant RelightX a limited license to store, process, and transmit it — including to third-party AI infrastructure providers — solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload it and to request that it be processed by the Service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have rights to use
• Generate content depicting real individuals without their consent
• Generate misleading, defamatory, or deceptive media intended to harm others
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without authorization

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Access to generation features is metered using credits. New accounts receive a starting balance of free credits. Paid plans include a recurring monthly credit allowance and may be billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. Unused credits do not carry a cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel or change your plan at any time; changes take effect according to the billing cycle in place at the time of the change. Enterprise plans are governed by their separate order form or contract where applicable.

Outputs are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect results. RelightX does not guarantee that any given output will meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or distributing it.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RelightX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to RelightX's trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelightX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
